Hiro is a career-coaching product for product managers. Your career materials are personal, so we keep this plain: here is exactly what we collect, why, and how it's protected.
What we collect
- Account details — your name and email.
- Content you give us — your resume, LinkedIn profile or link, interview answers, application-profile answers, and anything you type to the coach.
- Usage data — basic activity needed to run the product (e.g. which features you use, your scores and progress).
How we use it
Only to provide the service — to score and rewrite your resume, run interview practice, track your progress, and discover and tailor job applications for you. We also use aggregate, non-identifying signals to improve the product.
AI processing
To generate coaching, your content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) via their API. Under Anthropic's API terms, your data is not used to train their models.
Storage & security
Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase / Postgres) and isolated to your account with row-level security, so one user can never read another's data.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your job search stays private.
Your choices
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time — email us and we'll action it. Deleting your account removes your content from our systems.
