Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
By creating a Hiro account or using the product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Hiro.
What Hiro is
Hiro is an AI career coach for product managers — it scores and rewrites your resume and LinkedIn, runs interview practice, and helps you discover, tailor, and apply to roles. Hiro is a tool that assists you; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself and your experience.
- You are responsible for what you submit to employers. Review Hiro's output before you send it.
- The Hiro browser extension acts on your instruction and runs in your own browser. You control when it applies on your behalf, and you're responsible for staying within each site's terms.
- Use Hiro lawfully — no misuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Accounts & plans
You're responsible for your account and keeping it secure. Hiro offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; you can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing (fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law).
Beta & availability
Hiro is in early beta and provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We don't warrant that it will be error-free or that any result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hiro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for hiring decisions, missed opportunities, or outcomes of applications made through the product.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email hello@gethiro.in.
These are starter terms for an early-beta product and are not legal advice; have them reviewed by a lawyer before a public or paid launch.
